122,950 PHILLIPS, H. I have yet to see this help any side of this transaction. We have simply added an extra hand in the pot and both borrower and appraiser are at a disadvantage. I have seen appraisers requesting more completion reports than necessary and the AMC - who you think should regulate that - leaves it up to the opinion of the appraiser. 122,948 Mullins, M. Give me a break and the consumers as well. Drop the HVCC yesterday! I have lost deals where buyer and seller agreed on price and a comparable unit in the building had sold for that price within 30 days and still the appraiser wouldn't adjust his price!!  WA KING
